Relationships:

For those of you who know me, you'd know that I've been in a relationship for eight months. And that eighth month mark is actually today. So if you're reading this Dalton, happy eight months! Before I get into the whole blog, I've been curious to see how much the two of us have changed over the months.

Month 1: Endless shopping cart rides to get ice cream over the last bit of summer break we had.

Month 2: More open and thriving.
(I thought I'd just let you know, Dalton is only 15, DO NOT let the facial hair fool you!)

Month 3: Endless adventures across town and beyond.

Month 4: Still being able to keep up with me.
Sorry for the horrid picture, it just made me laugh.

Month 5: Basically moving in for the winter.

Month 6: The month we both needed comfort and bonded.

 Month 7: Becoming insuperable.

Month 8: I can honestly say in love.

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, I know, I know.  Fifth teen and in love, what rubbish right? Well, I dare you to argue with me, for maybe you have never felt that emotion at all, and can never truly comprehend what it means. Love is not selfish, it is all about giving in my opinion. Not only that, but respect, happiness, compassion, passion, relaxation, comfort, serenity. It's all under the big umbrella of love.
Love, is a many splendid thing. Love, lifts us up where we belong. All you need is love!

Moving on to the main topic, relationships.
Again, please do not try to convince me my brain is too immature to function on this topic. I am more mature than most think I am.

The key concept of this title is how a relationship changes you.

You can list the pros and cons of your past relationships and prove to yourself which people were better for you. For example, I'll pull Dalton and Marco into this conversation.

Dalton: Dalton is a very remarkable person. Very intelligent, religious, and creative individual. Therefore, giving his personality, I've molded into a better person. He's made me more committed in my religion and actually sparked God back into my life, and made me realize that a person deserves better than what one thinks.

Before you continue reading, let me tell you I speak my opinion and thoughts very openly, so forgive me if I come off harsh.

Marco: Marco is an alcoholic atheist,  who is failing High School, and honestly just doesn't care anymore. He took advantage of me, and lead me to believe that I am nothing above him. And this is what you get when you mix us:

I am actually really disappointed I let myself sink THAT low.

To wrap this up and give my point: a bad relationship changes you for the worst, but a good one, changes you for the better.

1972 Chevy Cheyenne:

Guess who is 99% positive she is getting a 1972 Chevy Cheyenne truck?
THIS CHICK!

And those of you who do not know what that truck means to me, then here:

I have wanted that truck in that exact year and brand, for at least TEN years.
I've had my heart set on it, and now that dream has come true!
-MEGA HAPPY DANCE!.-.

 Oh hell yes, drool.

And you know, I've noticed something. Anytime something BAD happens, a really FANTASTIC thing happens. For example, today after PE, I was getting dressed in my locker room, and stood up really fast to sadly hit my head on the corner of my locker, causing bleeding and huge lump on my head. Then right after school, my mom tells me that she found a good deal on my truck. It' only 1000 bucks! Including a new battery, transmission, and runs fantastically. (Also includes a new paint job, any colors I want). Epic win yes?
It's like God was saying, "sorry for the head injury."

And it's not the first time either!
I fell down my school's football field's bleachers, only to find twenty bucks on the ground.

Coincidence?
I think not.
SEE THERE IS A GOD!
Thank you lord for making even the worst days, worth it.

Quick Update:

Apparently mom and dad got into a big fight that's lasted like two days.
Soooo apparently, he's walking away from us.

I'd rather not rant in this post, or get upset, it'd take up too much room.
I'll just put it this,

After everything you did,
this is the worst.

Pokemon Diamond Review/ Youtube Channel Review:

I beat the game in less than a week. Kinda my record. So YAY!
Anyway, I know what you're thinking: "The game came out in 2008, why the hell did you just start playing it."

And it's a simple answer really, I've been too hooked on Zelda to really care for anything else!

MOVING ON:

Pokemon Diamond:

This game is by far my favorite (SO FAR). Before, my favorite was Fire Red. I see few flaws in this game. It kept me entertained, and kept my attention, and obviously it was addicting to me. The only problem I saw with the game was the Elite Four levels. If you didn't train your Pokemon to level 50, your pretty much screwed. It's not entirely impossible, but it's rather difficult because of all the different types they had. Now other than that, it was rather simple, you just have to make sure you ALWAYS have Pokemon that know certain moves in order to get through the game completely. Now I became stuck when it came to getting pass Victory Road, so I searched for help. Shame on me?

And a certain Youtube channel caught my attention:

http://www.youtube.com/user/blahblah937211

~ ^^^^ ~
This guy is like the expert. He was very detailed throughout the walk through, and showed you a ton of items you would need later on. I was very impressed. And he does talk through the walk through, but in my opinion I think that helps even more. For example, I was getting pissed because I ran out of Max Repels, and was getting attacked every five seconds by random Pokemon, and he actually made me laugh quite a few times, so it helped with the irritation levels.

Anywho! I mentioned earlier that I beat the game within a weeks time. Which is my record. Because let's see. . . . . . . I have a very short attention span, and if I get pissed at a game, I stop playing. (AHEM TWILIGHT PRINCESS!)

( :( I have yet to beat that game. It has been a few months. That's sad).

I'm getting completely off topic. Sorry. ^-^.

BACK TO THE GAME!:

Now again, I saw very few problems with the game. It's attention grasping, and very entertaining. I recommend the game, but then again I recommend ANY Pokemon game, because simply their EPICLY FANTASITCLY AMAZING!

(If you have ANY problems with Pokemon Diamond, see the link above for a complete walk through).

A spark of inspiration.

I have always loved art.
Whether it be photography, drawing, design, writing, etc.
And I have often wondered if I should start to take my art more seriously.
Can it be that difficult? Most likely, but is it worth the worth the effort?

Drawing is my main art.
I'm not a master, nor am I advanced, but I do draw, sketch, or doodle often.
And I do take pride in my "work". But you see, I just want to really step up my game, and actually draw, or paint, or make a masterpiece.

Does that make sense?
Well, I don't know.

Oh, and I found a new band I'm into: Check Them Out!

This post is rather short, so sorry lor.

Spring Break 2011

Ahhhh, Spring Break. The time where lazy teenagers get to actually fulfill their regular jobs of lazing in bed all day and "partying". And then there's me. The "I have a crap load of studying/projects/stress that need to get done before I do ANYTHING fun.

Well after doing a book report, studying for CST's, and practically drowning myself in Geometry notes, I put my foot down and decided that I needed to RELAX. Because no way in hell am I wasting my two weeks piled up in work galore. Now, as for parties, not my thing. So No, I am not going to get drunk off my ass in a hot tub with buff guys. <--- NOT ME.

I'd much rather go to the beach with my boyfriend.

And get carried out in a rip tide, and freak.
Or almost get hit by a train.
ORRRR
Have that train be the train we were supposed to be on.

HA.
It was totally worth it though.
And as for the rip tide, screw you ocean. I thought we were friends.

Stupid Train.

:(.

Look at my fail attempt of taking a picture of wave.
And everyone looks tiny. :).

Other than the beach, I attended several birthday occasions for Dalton's 15th birthday.
Of course the pictures on my phone refuse to upload here.
-Grumble.-.

I swear this kid is SPOILED!
But he doesn't act it.
At all.

He had a total of eight Christmases.
I went to three. So I really shouldn't complain.

ANYWAY:
1st: A very expensive dinner at TAPS: A Steak and Seafood/Bar place.
And when I say expensive, I mean it: $650.75!
RIDICULOUS!
2nd: At his dad's he spent the whole weekend celebrating it. With Nascar, Fancy dinners, and Arcade Games.
(Piratically went deaf at Nascar. Couldn't hear ANYTHING.

3rd:  He and I baked cakes for his birthday for his mom's date: His actual birthday. I made Devils Food Cake: He made Angels Food Cake.
Shocker. Lolz.

4th: We both went to Disney Land WAYYY earlier than his birthday. (See older posts).

And after those events, I've really been u to nothing.
Just relearning guitar, drawing, blogging, listening to music, and lazing around with Dalton.

This break is too short. :(.

Disney Land Trip!

So Dalton's birthday was on March 29th, and we decided as an early celebration, we'd pack up and spend the day at Disneyland. It seemed utterly perfect, assuming it was a half day at school, and no one was supposed to be on Spring Break just yet.

The day begun when we awoke at 7. We arrived at the park around 10 in the morning. It was groggy because of the marine layer, so it was rather cold. Of course I was wearing a tank top right? How unfortunate. I must admit, Disney Land DOES bring out the kid in EVERYBODY!

When we were dropped off, we walked through Downtown Disney. (Now to admit, I LOVE LEGOS!) And they had the biggest lego I had EVER seen. So I had to take a picture with it.

Very terrible picture. :).

And then we are face to face with the House of Blues.
And I really wanted to eat there for dinner.

We eventually made our way through Down Town Disney and purchased our very overly priced tickets. (We bought tickets to enter both parks). We went to Disney Land first, and headed straight for Indiana Jones, which was a long wait, so we went on The River Safari Ride instead. :). The ride is rather cute, and very kid friendly. Kept both Dalton and I entertained. The drive was comical and made the ride enjoyably comfortable.

I think I freaked when I saw the tiger, because I love tigers.

I thought the snakes were cool, but I completely overlooked the crocodile. I feel bad for not noticing them until now. :(.

I thought the statue was pretty cool, especially when you notice the hands.

The animals looked so real! It was remarkable!

This is my fail attempt of getting a picture of a gorilla and her baby. :(.
Reminds me of Tarzan. . . . . . . . .  .

 " Oh HEYYYYYYYY."

I found this cute. I don't know why.
Because it's totally adorable to fight over a Zebra carcass.

It looks so real right? It wiggled its ears and sprayed water.

And this is when the ride got a bit dull to me. Just because after seeing the realistic animals, you'd expect better people I assume?

After the Safari ride, we gave up on Indiana Jones. (It broke down FOUR TIMES). We ended up going on Pirates of the Caribbean, The Haunted Mansion, and eating at a cafe sort of restaurant. (Honestly, grotesque food). . . . . . . . . THEN we started to realize that half the country had ended up at Disney Land. We met people from Ohio to Oregon! To sum the rides up, we basically went on every GOOD/DECENT ride except Indiana Jones. :(.

There is one thing that REALLY ticked me off about Disney Land:

THE CHARACTERS REFUSE TO TAKE PICTURES WITH YOU!

The first time I asked a character to pose with me, really ticked me off. Do any of you recall the wolf from Pinocchio? The one that turns him into a Donkey? Well, I ran up to him, asking him to take a picture, and he shoved me aside. I mean literally SHOVED me aside. WTF? Three other families and I were chasing after the guy demanding a picture. >:(!

Not ONLY that, but all the other characters wanted little kids, not me and Dalton. So we gave up and flashed pictures of just them. (Mean characters ruining my teenage years). Totally kidding, but seriously, NOT ONE PICTURE? REALLLLLY?

>:(. RUDE!

-Sniffle-. I mean it's not like I wanted to meet Goofy. :(.

MOVING ON.

We spent most of the time off rides, wandering through California Adventure. We went to the Hollywood section and ended up drawing animations, recording voices over original voices in movies, and taking quizzes to see what Disney Characters we got.

I was Cinderella.
HOW?

Her.

Me.

I see no resemblance in looks or character. :).

When were were waiting for lines to shorten, we wandered along some rock climbing place. The ground was bouncy. And the rock wall was not all that difficult to climb. Mainly because it was made for five to ten year-olds.

GO DALTON GO!

Towards the end of our trip, we started feeling sick. So we searched for a place to escape the cold. What place is better than the Abraham Lincoln dedication exhibit? Not only is he my favorite president, but he's a Republican, AND was the first Republican President to be elected. So yes, perfect place for shelter.

Can you imagine living in that huge house?
I'd get lost CONSTANTLY.

Ode to you Lincoln, not only did you bring the beginning to peace in our nation, but your sparked inspiration in so many of us, and started a turn for the better in our country.
America will forever cherish what you did for our country even when you were faced with your many hardships.
R.I.P.

After watching his speech and lazing on the couches in the exhibit, we heard fireworks, so we rushed outside. I apologize for the horrible pictures.

That basically ends our wonderful yet terrible adventure to Disney Land.
I've had my fill for a while. :D.
